Introduces algorithm and problem solving methods. Emphasizes structured programming concepts, elementary data structures and the study and use of a high level programming language.

Lecture 4 hours per week.
Prerequisite: ENF 3 or ENG 111 co-requisite, MTT 0 - Module 1 Operations With Positive Fractions-MTT 0 - Module 5 Linear Equations, Inequalities and Systems of Linear Equations In Two Variables. Co- requisite CSC 200 or equivalent or divisional approval.
