AGR 141 - Introduction to Animal Science and Technology Credits: 4
Introduction to the science and technology involved in sustainable animal production and management practices. Beef, sheep, horses, dairy, swine, goats, and poultry included with emphasis on practical experiences in laboratory and farm settings.
Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 2 hours per week. Total 5 hours per week. Prerequisite: ENF 3 or ENG 111 co-requisite.
