AGR 242 - Animal Production, Products and Emerging Technologies

Manage production and marketing of livestock enterprises including cattle, swine, sheep, poultry, goats, fish and other specialty animal enterprises. Principles of nutrition, reproduction, economics, and breeding and selection as well as opportunities for diversifying income on small to medium size operations are emphasized.
