Length: 20 credits

Purpose: This program prepares graduates to fulfill entry-level responsibilities in the food service industry. Prerequisites: ENF 3  or above, and MTT 0 - Module 1 Operations With Positive Fractions -MTT 0 - Module 3 Algebra Basics .

Program Learning Outcomes: Upon completion, graduates will demonstrate the fundamental knowledge, skill and ability related to food production, dining, serving, and work ready skills necessary to work as potentially certified ServSafe Manager in the food service field.
