Purpose: The Robotics and Automation Technology program provides an introduction to industrial robotics and explains how they are used in automated systems. The primary focus of the program is on automated processes, the role of robots within those processes, and all related support equipment. Successful completers of this program will have an advanced understanding of robot operations, programming, material handling techniques, and technical system components.
